Newcomers and experienced practitioners are invited to join us for a weekly dharma gathering to explore the provocative teachings of Won Buddhism. Each week begins with a chanting and silent meditation practice followed by reading scripture, prayer, Dharma talk, discussion and reception. For those just entering the path, introductory meditation instruction is also provided. The dharma gathering is an opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, to learn about how to apply the principles of meditation to everyday life and a chance to meet and mingle with fellow practitioners.

Come in comfortable clothes, ready to do some easy, natural authentic yoga postures that quickly relax, strengthen and tone your body all at once.
Watch your mind get calm as sit releases worries of the past and future.
Do a fun breathing technique that increases your focus, concentration and vitality. Have an overall experience that will uplift your spirit and feed your soul. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and get individual instruction.
